Wave Man is an aquatic-based Robot Master created by Dr. Wily. He attacks by producing pressurized columns of water which burst from the ground towards the player. He can also launch razor-sharp harpoons from the cannon on his right arm at high range, but is more vulnerable when fought in close quarters.

Wave Man comes from the 1992 NES game Mega Man 5, where he is one of the bosses fought in the game.
Appearance[]
In Mushroom Kingdom Fusion, Wave Man had appeared in the level Robotic Reef (then known as Artificial Reef) as a mini-boss and threw his harpoons at the player. However, his role as a mini-boss in this level was given to Splash Woman (herself once removed in an earlier version of MKF) after the level was revamped in the v0.785 update. Currently the Doc Robot adopts his attack pattern as its only form
