The Villain Alliance was a scrapped idea in Mushroom Kingdom Fusion that consisted of a team of villains that served as the villain counterpart to the heroic Mushroom Kingdom Fusion as well as the anti-heroes that formed the Anti-Coalition. Each group was bent on stopping Legion although the Villian Alliance's main goal was to attain Legion's power for themselves rather than to rid of Legion for the greater good.

Trivia[]
- The idea of a Villian Alliance was scrapped by the time General Morden, Loki and Zeta Metroid became World Bosses in MKF. As a result it is unknown whether or not they would had been members of this group. Also, it's likely that Zeta Metroid replaced Ridley as the boss in Zebes as both are major bosses in the Metroid series.
- Out of all the planned members of the Villian Alliance, only Bowser, Dracula, Dr. Eggman and Dr. Wily are featured as bosses in MKF although Ganondorf once appeared in a cutscene in Cruise Control and was planned to be the final boss in Elemental Tower before being replaced with Jaquio, who was also replaced by Master Hand in the level Final Destination as the true World Boss of World 8.
