Tiger Temple is the 13th level in Alternate Earth and is modeled after an elaborate Indian palace.
Layout[]
This level takes place in a temple around a city in India. It also has a theme that centers around tigers, most noticeably the famous Indochinese tigers that visitors can come to see. The temple is owned and ruled by the yoga master Syfer Nasim, also known as the Duke of India.
This level containing various exotic hazards and obstacles, such as flying carpets, magical floating ropes, beds of nails, and of course, tigers. The level focuses mostly on obstacles and platforming, rather than a large numbers of enemies.
At the end of the level, the player faces off against the Duke of India, who attacks by teleporting across the room and firing arcing energy blasts. After taking so much damage, the Duke of India fires his blasts more quickly and in greater numbers. After the Duke of India is defeated, the player clears the level. From there, the next destination on the map is Australia as the player is sent on a mission by the Peregrine Falcon Squad in the level Outback Track.
