The Abomination is the most dangerous creation of The Fusionist, Which is a failed experiment compromised of a Fusion of all the other eighth World Bosses previously fought before and has a variety of attack patterns from previously encountered bosses. The Mushroom Kingdom Coalition will face it as the tenth (and final) World Boss in Twisted Reality.

- The old Abomination sprite was made by LittleBreadPixel (Formerly known as Spicevipe) on Deviantart which originally featured a monster made up from the entire Villain Alliance with greenish substance as red, representing gore.
