Splash Woman is a Robot Master from Mega Man 9 that Dr. Light created to rescue swimmers from sinking ships, but was reprogrammed by Dr. Wily.
In MKF[]
Splash Woman acts as a mini-boss in the level Robotic Reef, where she summons her three fishes to attack the player. Like Tornado Man, she can't be harmed.

- Originally, Splash Woman was a mini boss at Mirror Falls level, a level that has now been separated into two levels: Hydropower Facility and Mirror Caverns. The reason why the level was eliminated from the game is because it was very difficult to evade Splash Woman's attacks with some characters, making it impossible to finish the level.
