Skyscraper Domain is the 1st secret level in Alternate Earth. This level features auto-scrolling and consists of three distinct sections with a checkpoint between each.

Welcome to the Big Apple! It is New York City at night and a gang led by Foreman Spike, a former construction employee that Mario and his brother Luigi used to work with at their old job before becoming plumbers, is causing trouble in the neighborhood. Other enemies within this gang include Pig Cops and Goombas wearing police officers uniform. Mario and his team must stop them from disturbing the peace.
The first area take below the streets with many stores, such as a pizza restaurant, gun store and electronic shop, as the player fight the gang of enemies. The player can pick up the cars like a SMB2 veggies and throw them at the enemies. At the end of the area, the player needs to pull out grass and go inside a Rocket to the next area.
The second area takes place above the rooftop of the neighborhood as the player must battle more enemies while not falling from above the building, which usually leads to losing a life.
The last area takes it back to the street grounds as it starts to rain in the city. The player is suddenly chased by a high-speeding truck driven by the gang leader Foreman Spike. The player's only option to to simply run as fast as possible as the truck can instantly kill the player if he or she is run over. At the end of the area, the player escaped from getting ran over by the truck as Foreman Spike is being chased by the police. Get the flagpole and escape the scene, completing the level.

Trivia[]
- Some of the backgrounds from this level come from the 1988 arcade game Robocop.
- Glass Joe from the Punch-Out series and the Enforcers from Duke Nukem were once found in this level but were removed.
- Forman Spike's truck features an image of the Balloon Fighter, the main protagonist of the 1986 (1985 in Japan) NES game Balloon Fight. In the very early version of this level, Foreman Spike's truck looked very different.
- The Hawks from Ninja Gaiden were originally in this level but were replaced with the Ravens from Castlevania.
- Rexes, Shy Guys, Snifits, Ostros, Autobombs, Volcano Lotuses, Spinies, Bunbuns, Nokobons, and the red Ninjis were also featured in a very early version of this level but were removed and replaced with other enemies in later updates.
- Goombas originally had their default appearance in the v0.2 version of this level before they were reskinned as police officers in later updates.
- This is one of two levels in Mushroom Kingdom Fusion that takes place in New York City, the other being Gelatinous Journey. Originally, Pipe Labyrinth also had such a setting but was later retooled more as a Mario-centric level starting in the v0.85 version.
- Originally, this was a regular level but was changed to a secret level in the v0.88 update of MKF.
