Sisi Truck is a giant semi-trailer truck that serves as a mini-boss in Turbo Man's stage in Mega Man 7. It fires Sisi Rockets (missiles that resemble its face) at Mega Man, who must not only dodge these missiles but also can't proceed to the next area until he destroys the Sisi Truck.
In MKF, Sisi Truck appears in the level Turbo Turnpike and is encountered much like it was in the original game. It is found in the third section of the level and is the first mini-boss encountered. The player must destroy the Sisi Truck, while dodging the Sisi Rockets it fires, before advancing to the next area.
