Seaside Paradise is the 7th level in the Mushroom Kingdom. It is also the first water-themed level in Mushroom Kingdom Fusion.
Layout[]
This level takes place in a beach paradise, full of palm trees small island and the endless view of the ocean, where the Mushroom Kingdom Coalition can cool off and enjoy exploring the underwater of this land after a very hot adventure from the desert land.
The level features a hugely straightforward area that introduces the player to the underwater mechanics as they explore between the seaside above and the underwater area below. There are floating giant bubbles all over the place that the player can use to reach higher ground while dealing with the Goombas wearing scuba diver helmet, Koopa Troopas, Antottos and other enemies on the land and the red Cheep Cheeps and the spiky Urchins in the sea. At the end of the last area, reach the flagpole to clear the level as the player will dive down into the ocean in the next level, Shroom Lagoon.
The secret exit of this level is accessed by collecting all 8 red coins in the main area and putting a key in the keyhole that unlocks the paths to Koopa Troopa Pier and the Roulette Minigame in the map.

- Goomba (Aqua Kurbio skin; also found in bubbles)
- Koopa Troopa (SMB3 version)

- Piranha Plant

- Mogyo

Trivia[]
- The original name of this level was Lakeshore Paradise, which is also the name of World 4-6 of the Super NES game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
- In one of the swimming areas in the original version of the level, some of the coins form the word "HELLO", referencing the Hello Engine 3 by Hello, which was originally used to create MKF.
- Trouters, Tweeters, Snifits, Ninjis, Torpedo Teds, Lava Lotuses, Rexes, and Sharks were originally found in this level but were removed after the level was revamped in the v0.8 version of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion.
- Very early versions of this level featured red Ninjis (based on the ones found in Super Mario World) that could be stompable as opposed to being picked up and carried like the more common purple ones from SMB2 but were removed.
- The bubbles where the player could swim were added in the level in the v0.8 update, replacing the red spinning platforms from SMB3. They are actually recolored sprites of the Big Steelies that Bowser launches during the second phase of the final boss fight in Super Mario World.
- Starting with the v0.82 version of MKF, the level got a major revamp and the tilesets come from Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins (though recolored). Previously, the level used tilesets from New Super Mario Bros.
- It switched tilesets with Cascade Cove.
- In the v0.82 update of MKF, Goombas are reskinned as Aqua Kurbios from SML2. Previously, they wore swimwear in the v0.81 version of MKF. In even older version of the game, Goombas used their default appearance.
- Venus Fire Traps, Antottos, and Mogyos were previously absent in this level.
