Rift Valley is the 11th level in The Mushroom Kingdom and it is based on the athletic levels in Super Mario Bros 3.
Layout[]
This level takes place in a plain grassland with a waterfall and one huge green hill in the background as the player travels through this place while dealing with some Goombas, Koopa Troopas, Wigglers and Piranha Plants. Near the end, the player must platform across the wooden platforms, as there is little to no ground underneath.
Afterwards, the player makes it to the flagpole and clears the level as they see a huge tower that will lead them to the Sky World. However, the pathway to the Sky World is blocked if the player has not defeated a World Boss located somewhere in another world. If at least one World Boss has already been defeated, the player can further progress into the Sky World on the map.

- Goomba (camping)
- Koopa Troopa (SMB3 version)
- Koopa Paratroopa

- Piranha Plant
Fusion Portal enemies:

Trivia[]
- In the v0.8 update, this level was moved from the Grass Land section of World 1 (where it originally was a secret level) to the Sky World section.
- Starting with the v0.81 of MKF, Goombas are now seen in camping gear. Previously, they used their default appearance.
- This level used to be known as Height Valley.
- Starting with the v0.875 version of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion, this is the last level the player can linearly enter on the World 1 map if they opt not to enter another World as the path to the next level, Spiral Tower, is blocked and the player is required to defeat at least one World Boss located in another World to further progress in MKF.
