Princess Peach is the beloved ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom. More known for her frequent kidnappings by Bowser than anything else, she still garners the respect of her people and rules with a fair hand.
In-Game Role[]
Peach sets off the plot of the game when Bowser kidnaps her and the Mario Bros. set off to rescue her.
Originally, Bowser reveals that Peach is a "key" needed for Legion's plans. At the end of the game, Peach helps to open the portal to Twisted Reality.
However, the plot involving Peach is still unknown as of now.
Trivia[]
- Peach's castle appears in the beginning of The Entryway, the first level in the entire game.
- Peach and Toad appeared in their 8-Bit forms from the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros 2 (known as The Lost Levels internationally) in Retro Road, formerly known as "Lost in Retro", after Retro Bowser is defeated. However, this appearance was removed after the level was revamped as retooled as Retro Road starting in the v0.82 version of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion.
- Peach was one of two playable characters (the other being Mario) in the since-cancelled sister project Super Mario Fusion: Revival.
