- The background comes from the 1994 SFC game Live-a-Live.
- The Nop-03 Sarubia, Sparrows, Cyborg Lizards, and Koopa Troopas were originally absent in this level.
- Shroob UFOs, Presses, Tripropellans, and Birdo were originally found in this level but were removed when the level was revamped again in the v0.75 Update.
- The boss fight against MG Unit was ported from the long-cancelled sister project, Super Mario Fusion Revival
- Shoe were originally found in the level before v0.91, but was replaced by MG Unit.
- This was originally a regular level but was changed to a secret level in the v0.88 update of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion.
- The original boss of this level was Shoe but it was replaced by MG Unit in the v0.91 update of MKF.
- Fio Germi and Tarma Roving were added to the level as NPCs in the v0.91 update of MKF.
