
Knight Man is an armored, medieval-based Robot Master from the 1994 (1993 in Japan) NES game Mega Man 6. He was reprogrammed by Dr. Wily (under the alias "Mr. X") during the First Annual Robot Tournament to help him in his never-ending quest for world domination, only to be thwarted by Mega Man. Knight Man has high attacks and defense but lacks lower mobility due to his weight. His Special Weapon, the Knight Crusher, is a strong flail with a long chain in his left arm which allows him to attack with huge power from great distances. In his right arm, he holds a resistant knight's shield, allowing him to block almost all attacks from the front.
In Mushroom Kingdom Fusion, Knight Man is found in the level Scientific Stronghold and fights much like he does in the original Mega Man game he appeared in.
Trivia[]
- In earlier versions of MKF, The player can either fight him or Shade Man to clear Scientific Stronghold (when it was known as "Capital Of Science") depending on how he or she defeated the mini-boss VAN Pookin earlier in the level.
- Despite being listed as DWN-044, Dr. Wily had no hand in Knight Man's creation.
- Simon's Mega Man Suit is based on Knight Man.
