Fever Frenzy is the sixth level in the 8th world Avenue of Memories. It is a puzzle level largely based on the Dr. Mario series and the Wario Land series, more specifically the 2000 Game Boy Color game Wario Land 3.
Layout:[]
This is a long puzzle level as the player finds themselves in the Music Box World, where Viruses have wrecked havoc and caused the inhabitants of the Music Box World to fall ill. The main gimmick of this level is finding color-specific pills and feeding them to the Viruses as they are the only way to actually defeat them since the Viruses are nearly impervious to the player's attacks. The player must use a pill that is the valid same color as the Virus to defeat each one. Somehow, using a different colored pill will have no effect on the Virus.
The first half of the area has three paths that are blocked by three colored locks and the player must find the keycards by defeating every each Virus in a color-specific Virus Room. After unlocking each area, the player gains access to the next area, which contains a key that unlocks a door. In the last section of the level, the player confronts the Mad Scienstein, the one responsible for the Virus outbreak. Here, the player must eradicate all three types of the Viruses by collecting the pills, some of random pills which are thrown by Mad Scienstein himself, and feed them to the Viruses. However, Mad Scienstein can also throw a potion that can damage the player, so be careful to dodge these. After the last of the remaining Viruses have become eradicated, the box Mad Scienstein is standing on explodes and he is flip upwards and defeated. Afterwards, the player exits the section and is back outside, being thanked by the Villagers for removing the Viruses from their world and the level is cleared, the Coalition venture to the next level, Icicle Mountain.

Dialogues[]
- Villager: Greetings, Traveler. Welcome to the Music Box World. I sense your arrival and realized that you are strong enough to aid us. Our world has been invaded by virus-like alien lifeforms. They spread across the forest like wildfire. The villagers and I have fallen ill ever since. I have heard the real world refers to it as the 'flu'. We have never encountered anything like this before. One of the villagers discovered that a mad scientist made an alliance with these virus creatures. They are planning to infect our entire world with the flu. If they succeed, all hope will be lost! Please, Traveler. I beg of you to eliminate every virus you encounter along the way. We are counting on you. Good luck.
- Villager: Traveler! You are now in the Virus World. It has been directly linked to our world through some unknown sorcery. You must eliminate all viruses in the area before you can return to the Music Box World. But beware, Traveler, for the viruses are immune to most forms of attack. The only way to erase them is by making use of the magical pills found in these mysterious floating boxes.
- Message Block: The path up ahead is blocked by 3 colored locks. This must be the doing of that mad scientist! You will have to find a way into the Virus World and retrieve the missing keys from there.
- Villager: Traveler! You have made it to the last section of the Virus World. Take great caution as all the remaining viruses have regrouped here. Eradicate them and peace shall be restored to the Music Box World! I place my faith within you and wish you the best of luck.
- Villager: Traveler, you have done it! You have completely eradicated the viruses from our world. The rest of the villagers and I no longer feel ill. Thank you very much! We are eternally grateful for your acts of heroism in saving the Music Box World. I have placed a magical seal just beyond this flagpole. Once you touch it, you will be transported back to where you came from. I bid you farewell, Traveler! Good luck with your future endeavors!
