The Egg Mobile Fire was the boss of World 7-4: the Marble Zone. It was a modified version of the Egg Mobile pod piloted by Dr. Robotnik. This Boss was removed as the level was removed as well, But it was revived under a different name and level, Marble Acropolis, Which combined the Marble Garden Zone with the SEGA Game Altered Beast. It is now the 3rd level of the Isle of Genesis.

The Egg Mobile Fire was one of Robotnik's classic designs; it had a very simple attack pattern, unlike the more sophisticated designs of his more modern machines. its main function was to fire a single fireball straight downwards, which temporarily setted the ground on fire. It swooped back and forth between the two sides of the room, setting the platform on that side on fire and attempted to force the player into the lava pool in the center of the room. As it swooped back and forth across the room, it passed low enough to where it can be stomped. Should the player not had the ability to stomp, Stomp Boots were provided shortly beforehand.
