Dracula's Castle is the final level in World 6, Adventurer's Domain.
Layout[]
This is the second longest level in the entirety of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion as the player must to collect the Key Skulls and climb through the many floors of Dracula's Castle. Due to the "Metroidvania" nature of of the level, the player must do additional backtracking and find keys throughout the area to unlock additional paths inside the castle.
Ultimately, the player faces off with Dracula, The World Boss of World 6.

- During the section where the player has to walk upside down in an ice cavern-like area, the game's HUD on top of the screen displaying the character's lives, items, coins, etc. is also upside down and is displayed on the bottom. However, starting with the v0.85 version of Mushroom Kingdom Fusion, the upside-down feature was removed from the section.
- Music heard in this level include the Awake theme from Castlevania: Circle of the Moon and the Forbidden Area theme from Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow and the Inner Quarters theme from Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow.
- The boss theme against Dracula is Dracula's Boss Theme from Castlevania: Circle of the Moon.
- The World Clear theme that plays after Dracula is defeated is the Clear Theme from Castlevania: Judgement.
- The Tar Skulls in this level are likely a reference to the White Dragon enemies from the Castlevania series.
- After beating the Devil and collecting the yellow skull key, there is a secret room in the ice cavern, which gives access to get various power-ups and assist items, such as the Sci-Fi Suit, Soldier Suit, Mega Man Suit, Hammer Bros. Suit, Reserve Tank, Anti-Knockback, and Protective Crystal. It also serves as a portal shortcut to the Dracula fight. Alucard appears in this room as an NPC.
- Starting with the v0.9 update of MKF, Dracula now has an opening dialogue prior to the boss fight, which varies based on what the player's character is.
