Dive Man comes from the 1992 (1991 in Japan) NES game Mega Man 4 as one of the Robot Masters Mega Man faces off against.

Dive Man appears as a secret boss in Dire Dire Docks.
His weapon is the Dive Missile, which home like torpedoes on a submarine. Dive Man also attacks by launching himself forward like a torpedo, ramming into his foes to do major damage.
After the Dive Man is destroyed, the player can gain access to the secret warp pipe, which leads to The Megaverse.
