Construction Calamity is the 4th level in The Megaverse. This level is based on Needle Man's stage in Mega Man 3, both the original stage and the revisited section.
Layout[]
This level takes place in what appears to be a very peaceful-looking utopian city during the day. The main setting is at the construction site towers, where the Robot Master, Needle Man, who specializes in land development, is sent by Dr. Wily to destroy and remodel the site to look more like an evil operation base. The player will have to stop the Needle Man from completing Dr. Wily's plans.
The first part of the level is a large construction site with an innocent city in the background. Enemies encountered here include hedgehogs that shoot needles, cannons, and Mets. Various needle traps are also included, in which the player must navigate past them before they come down.
The second half of the level is a remix of the revisited version of the original stage from Mega Man 3 as the player sees the true purpose of the construction, which is turning the once-colorful city into a gray and red base operation for Dr. Wily as it starts to thunderstorm outside. In the middle of the level, Rush or Tango, depending on the character the player has chosen, will transform into their jet form to help the player pass through the large gaps while dodging the airborne robot enemies trying to hinder his or her progress.
In the last area, the player will have to battle their way through much of the Metool Army, sent by some giant ones, to get through the boss room.
The boss fight against Needle Man is up next, and after his defeat, the operation is over and the city is safe once again, completing the level for the player.

Trivia[]
- The original name of this stage was Construction Site.
- The mini-boss of this level was originally Doc Robot but was replaced with Dust Man, who himself would later be removed from the level.
- Prior to the v0.88 update, Dust Man originally appeared as a mini-boss but was removed and relocated to Scrap Junkyard, serving as that level's boss.
- While most of the characters use Rush as a jet hoverboard, Tango is an option when playing as Mega Man. Tango is seen in the level so that Mega Man can have the Rush Adapter equipped at the same time to prevent having a duplicate of Rush on screen at the same time.
- The following enemies were removed from this level in the v0.88 update: Picket Man, Bomb Thrown, Bikky, and Hammer Bros.
