Castle Lolo is the the 8th level of World 8: Avenue of Memories and is based on the second level of the same name from Kirby's Dream Land, where the player encounters Lololo and Lalala.
Layout[]
This level takes place in a pink castle fort located in Dream Land. The fort is owned by Lololo and Lalala and is one of the many places that Kirby travels through to take back the stolen foods taken by the greedy King Dedede and his army.
The player must explore each room with different challenges while fighting the Kirby enemies guarding this castle, such as Broom Hatters, Waddle Dees, Waddle Doos, Mumbies and Flappers.
The second room includes a room full of doors that only have a correct door while dealing with more enemies, such as the bouncing balls on the ? blocks known asChuckies, living mask-like Two Faces that will chase the player around and the undestroyable Gordos.
The third room is an indoor swimming room as the player must deal with more enemies and hazards, such as the Glunks in the water and the indestrucable cannon-like Shotzos.
The fourth room has the player climbing up the ladders to reach the next area while continuing to deal with the Kirby enemies that hinder their progress.
The last area of this castle takes place in a garden behind the castle's wall as the player continues to battle numerous enemies in the way before reach a checkpoint area.
After the last checkpoint, the player will fight Lololo and Lalala, who march around and attack the player by putting Gordos at them. Both Lololo and Lalala have to be defeated at the same time since one of the two can revive each other if both are not defeated in the same time. After knocking out both of Lololo and Lalala, a magical spell has suddenly broke on them and they seem to be back to normal, clearing the level for the player. In a later level, King Egger's Tower, Lololo and Lalala join forces with the player as NPCs as they find out who was responsible for putting a spell on them.

- This is one of two levels, the other being King Egger's Tower, that is based on the two game series in which the characters Lololo and Lalala are featured in in: the Kirby series and the Adventures of Lolo series.
- This was originally a fortress level instead of a number-specific level.
