Brimstone Factory is the 7th level in World 4: The Demon Realm.
Layout[]
This level takes place in an abandoned facility base across the canyons. Much of the terminology here has been broken and powerless since the electricity generator has been broken, causing the rooms that the player travels through to get darker and darker with blood all over the floor.
The main goal of this level is to defeat the many demon enemies populating each area in order to make a door appear and progress to the next room.
Many of the enemies they will fight are the demons from DOOM, such as Imps, Pinkys, and Pain Elementals which attack by spitting out Lost Souls at the player. Other enemies here include Goombas dressed as devils and Reapers that will quickly summon Reapettes if the player gets spotted by them.
There will be many power-ups and weapons like Shotguns, Heavy Machine Guns and Rocket Launchers to help clear out the demon quickly.
After surviving all five rooms, the player exits the facility as they get to the flagpole to clear the level. Next, they see a huge fortress on top of the canyon, and they hear a loud roar from a huge demon as their last destination in the Tainted Wasteland.
