Astaroth (also known as the Great Demon Lord Astaroth) is the ruler of the Demon Realm Village and the arch nemesis of the knight Arthur, often appearing as a final boss in the Ghosts 'n Goblins series. In Mushroom Kingdom Fusion, Astaroth appears as mini-boss in Heart of Darkness, one of the levels in World 4, The Demon Realm.
